Every day we make coffee cake, New York style and another with a jam bonus. New York style is a classic yellow cake with a brown sugar cinnamon crumble on top. Those with the added jam owe thanks to Quince & Apple for the amazing craft jam.

Our citrus ginger scone was inspired by Bi-Rite Grocery. We’ve adapted it to be our own and it’s vegan. This scone owes it sweet and clean character to dried apricots, lemon zest and fresh ginger. It’s so good!

Classic chocolate chip, ginger chocolate, blind date and rodeo make up our line up of cookies. The chocolate chip speaks for itself. Ginger chocolate is a double chocolate ginger-molasses creation with both fresh and powdered ginger. Blind date is an oatmeal/seed cookie with dates, you don’t really see them but they make it all nice and chewy. The rodeo is our take on a cowboy cookie but this one is vegan and gluten free, so we can’t really call it a cowboy.
